If you are interested in gourmet burgers, Bien Snack Bar is known to have some of the best burgers in Bergen, and is always crowdy. We recommend to book a table, but they help drop in as good as they can. If there are no free tables, it is possible to wait in the bar, or even eat along the bar. Bien Snackbar is located at Danmarksplass, a few stops with the light train from Bergen centre. The interior is Scandinavian inspired with light thin wooden beams along the main wall, a typical new feature used by Scandinavian architects nowadays. The door is made in the same tecnique, but with a unique solution around the restaurant sign in the middle of the door. Pay attention when you open the door, the details are great if you like design. On the back of the sign, that is from the inside of the restaurant you will find a clock. On the menu, burgers dominate.
