When entering the restaurant Centro, you are met by an aroma
that takes you back to Italy. Centro is part of the Bien group of
restaurants in Bergen.
With Centro, the focus is on everyone’s favourite - the Italian
kitchen, and pizzas Napoli style. We are here talking about the
authentic down to earth farmhouse cooking.
In the restaurants open kitchen, you can see the wood oven, built
by the famous oven maker Stefano Ferrarre from Napoli.
On the menu is a selection if pasta and antipasti. And naturally
pizza, with the Margarita being one of many to choose. Or try the
tomato soup. The pasta is made daily and served in all shapes
and sizes. And finally they make their own version of Tiramisu
and it is nice!
Centro has a great atmosphere with a mix of Scandinavian and
Italian design. It is located at the ground floor at Kode 1 - Bergen
Art Museum. Combine your visit with a walk through Kode 1 next
door.
