Cafe Norge is the two floor restaurant by the entrance of Hotel Norge, Bergen´s most renowned hotel. The restaurant has a modern Scandinavian design with floor to ceiling windows and a huge wooden staircase connecting the Mezzanine with the ground floor. At the top of the staircase, which also has small tables and pillows to sit on, you will find another bar. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and drinks in the evening. It opens at 11 and stays open to late in the evening The all day menu consist of a nice selection of salads and lighter dishes like Miniburgers, fried chicken, raw marinated salmon, gnocchi and tatiki.
