The famous Norwegian chef and
Bocuse d’Or winner Ørjan Johanessen
and his family, known for their hotel
and restaurants in Bekkjarvik in
Western Norway, have opened a new
restaurant in the center of Bergen.
With a perfect location in the “theater
area” at top of Ole Bulls Plass, you can
now dive into the culinary world of this
famous chef both for lunch and
dinner.
On the menu you will find snacks and
small dishes such as lobstersoup,
peppercrab, aspargus and even caviar
and oysters. The main courses are
much the same as their restaurant in
Geilo and include tasty burgers and
many steak varieties, from entrecote
to Waguy steak from Japan, but also a
selection of fish dishes.
